Get Involved . . . Shelter
Survivors exists because of volunteers just like
you! If you would like to help out, donating
your time and in-kind services can involve
activities such as the following:
Foster a Dog
We are ALWAYS in need of foster homes for our
rescues. All of our dogs are in foster homes.
This insures they get the training,
socialization and loving care needed before they
find their permanent homes. If you are
interested download our Foster Application and
email it to
sheltersurvivors@live.com.
Adoption Events
Your time a few hours every other weekend
helping us with our pet adoption days will
enable us to save and care for more dogs. Please
email us if you would like to help make a
difference in our dogs' lives. You must be at
least 18 years of age.
Grooming
We always want our dogs to look their best for
our adoption events and some of our rescues are
in great need of a makeover.
Pet
Transport
If you would like to help transport dogs or cats
from vets or shelters give us a call.
Fundraising
We are always in need of help in the fundraising
department. If you have experience as a
fundraiser for non-profit organizations, we can
use your help. If you would like to organize a
fundraising event, we could use your help. Any
and all ideas are welcome.
