Donations
Shelter Survivors is a 501(c)(3) rescue group. We are operated 100% by volunteers. All of our dogs have been rescued from high-kill shelters in the tri-state area. Many of these dogs are abused, neglected, and in need of medical treatment. We rely solely on our adoption fees and donations from the public. All donations are 100% tax deductible. Foster A Dog
We are ALWAYS in need of foster homes for our rescues. All of our dogs are in foster homes. This ensures they get the training, socialization, and loving care needed before they find permanent homes.
Fundraising
If you would like to organize a fundraising event, we could use your help! Any and all ideas are welcome.
Adoption Events
A few hours at pet adoption days will enable us to save and care for more dogs. You must be at least 18 years of age.
Grooming
We always want our dogs to look their best for our adoption events and some of our pups are in great need of a makeover.
